Is there any possibility of Mad Cow Disease (BSE) being spread through our bovine products?

What are our return procedures?
If you are unhappy with the products for any reason, simply return the product within 60 days of your receipt of the product. But before returning it, please contact us at customerservice@nutritionalsupplementshop.com and we will be happy to issue you a return authorization number and the address you can ship the product to. A refund will be made to your credit card upon receipt of your package.
A refund will be provided for any number of unopened bottles and one opened bottle of each product (even if it is completely empty!) that you purchased from us. Shipping is not refundable. Sorry, no returns accepted on refrigerated items (SAMe Plus, Acidophilus Enteric, Bifido Plus Enteric, Dophilus X-Tra, and Pro Dophilus) because they are so fragile (heat sensitive).
What are our shipping charges?
Shipping for any quantity or mix of products is $7.95 by UPS ground for orders $75 or less. For orders over $75, shipping is also $7.95 but by UPS 2nd Day Air. Above $200, shipping is FREE by UPS 2nd Day Air. Unfortunately, All in One Step cannot be shipped by air due to the weight of the product...only by ground.

Do we ship outside the continental United States?
We can ship to most foreign countries, but we must be emailed at help@nutritionalsupplementshop.com to calculate the actual shipping charges before an order is placed. Since we are not able to accept credit cards that are issued from foreign banks, a cashier's check would need to be received by us before the order is shipped.
When will your package arrive?
Most orders are shipped the same day or the next day after the order is received. We do recommend that our customers allow 7 to 10 days for receipt of their order, even though most of the orders arrive in 2 to 3 days. This allows for time in transit, and weekend time for some orders. Heavy orders going from the warehouse in Texas to the East Coast may take a week in transit using standard, best price shipping. But we encourage you to order early (and often).
What should you do if your package arrives damaged?
Your shipment is professionally packaged to undergo the normal rigors of shipment. However, on occasion packages are damaged in shipment. If this should occur, carefully open the package and check if the contents are damaged. If they are damaged, save the damaged packaging material and email us immediately at help@nutritionalsupplementshop.com
Why do we charge sales tax to customers in Illinois?
