Shipping

Shipping for any quantity or mix of products is $7.95 by UPS ground for orders $75 or less. For orders over $75, shipping is $7.95 but by UPS 2nd Day Air. Above $200, shipping is FREE by UPS 2nd Day Air.

Orders shipped outside the continental United States will be charged actual shipping costs. Orders for shipment to foreign countries will be charged actual shipping costs, plus a $10.00 fee for completing customs documents.
 
Returns

All Kordial Nutrients products carry our 100% Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee! If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, simply return the product within 60 days of your receipt of the product. But before returning it, please contact us at customerservice@nutritionalsupplementshop.com and we will be happy to issue you a return authorization number and the address you can ship the product to. A refund will be made to your credit card upon receipt of your package.

A refund will be provided for any number of unopened bottles and one opened bottle of each product (even if it is completely empty!) that you purchased from us. Shipping is not refundable. Sorry, no returns accepted on refrigerated items (SAMe Plus, Acidophilus Enteric, Bifido Plus Enteric, Dophilus X-Tra, and Pro Dophilus) because they are so fragile (heat sensitive).
